It’s a great place! The lake view rooms are perfect l, they are huge in size and have a small kitchenette as well. There is complementary breakfast which had some good stuff. It’s 20 mins away from interlaken center but we had a car so it was a good drive. I’d suggest staying here only if you have a car to drive around, otherwise it’s a bit secluded. Would stay here again!

The hotel is up in Beatenberg, half an hour bus from Interlaken. The bus comes every hour or half, so it's easy to plan ahead. The view was stunning, but there's nothing much to eat around the hotel. A nice and spacious room for family vacation but a bit old.

The hotel is located in amazing location nearby Thun lake , we took the shuttle bus from Interlaken west to hotel within 25 minutes , you will not feel boring as best view of interlaken and lake views. We arrived in hotel at 2:30pm, the lady in reception told us the room is not ready and it will be ready before 3pm. We knew that is normal as we have the same during treveling everywhere. Sometime you get room earlier and some time a bit late. We decide to wait since it is close to 3pm anyway. Another lady came to us around 2:50pm and apologize for the room will be only ready in another 30 minutes , she provide 2 free drink vouchers and we accept as it happen sometimes anyway. 30 minutes passed very fast , nobody notify us if the room is ready. So i back to reception and ask the lady and what shock me is the answer. "The room is still not ready yet but my colleague already provide some free drinks to you." I hold myself back and told myself it is hotel manager fault not giving proper training. Anyway, we got our room key around 4:30pm , room has a bocony with very good view , but not clean as it supposed to , it is not up to normal standard in Europe specially in Swiss. You can smell the carpet , hair on the bed sheet , yellow stain on the bathroom glass door. @hotel management , please do something as your hotel drag down the Swiss hotel score.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, restaurant staff are friendly, but others just so so. The facility of this hotel is terrible, I got the worst sleeping for the whole trip. Never gonna recommend it to anyone. If you are considering this hotel, trust me, you definitely gonna have big regret!

Ok experience

It's great. Fortunately, I booked this hotel during my trip to Switzerland. The location, scenery and facilities are very satisfactory. There is a swimming pool, a children's play area, a sauna, and a good breakfast. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and cost-effective. I strongly recommend booking this hotel. Get off at Interlaken West Station and turn left to reach the 101 bus station. There is no problem with large luggage and you can sit directly at the hotel entrance. It's really great. It is recommended to take the cable car to the nearby small peaks. The scenery is unbeatable and better than the Jungfrau. I will stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

The hotel is located halfway up a mountain 10 kilometers from Interlaken, so it's convenient to get there by car. It's not far from the surrounding attractions. The hotel has complete dining and fitness facilities, and the rooms are very spacious, which is not easy. The view is great

Beautiful environment, very close to the cable car station, nice room

I booked a room because I saw photos of the beautiful view of the hotel, but I ended up being extremely disappointed. I suggest contacting the hotel after booking to confirm the view of the room. When we booked the room, we saw photos from the hotel’s website. Basically every room in the hotel also has a beautiful lake view. I also noted this in the reservation notes. I hoped to see a lake view and a mountain view, but in the end I found that the room I checked in had no lake view at all, not even a tiny bit (as shown in the picture). The whole family was also very disappointed. Of course, I told the hotel staff that, as expected, they were unable to arrange a room change because the room was full. They also said that even if it was stated in the remarks, it was not guaranteed. After seeing it, I found that 90% of the rooms could have a better view. , but we were assigned to a room on the side with a blocked view. In fact, there are more conveniently located options nearby, but because I hoped for a good view, I paid a price that was 20 to 30% higher than other listings, and ended up being disappointed. It takes about 30 minutes to drive from this hotel to the Interlaken train station, and the road is relatively narrow and difficult to drive, so you should consider traveling by car carefully. I also stayed in other hotels during my trip in Switzerland, and they were great too! This hotel is the most expensive but has the lowest value for money.

The view from the room is superb, with lakes and mountains, and you can see the snow-capped mountains; the scenery on the way from Interlaken to the hotel is also excellent, which is a very good hotel choice for self-driving, and it is a highlight of this trip; if you are not driving, the hotel provides free up and down bus tickets; the hotel has a mini golf practice field, with distant mountains, nearby lakes and a full moon, which is a rare experience; the hotel has a self-service laundry room, and you pay 6 francs to get laundry detergent and washing machine and clothes dryer coins; the room is a duplex, relatively large; the ladies at the front desk are very friendly, and they are very patient in explaining when borrowing rackets and clubs. Of course, driving on mountain roads is a bit of a test of skills; except for the high price, everything else is very good.

The hotel is on the mountain, with an altitude of 1500+. I was a little uncomfortable on the first day. The view outside the window is very good, and you can directly see Lake Thun. Facilities: relatively old, the sofa bed broke on the day of check-in, and the service staff couldn't fix it, so they added an extra bed. The breakfast is good and rich~
