Nous fréquentons cet hôtel depuis 8 ans et on assiste depuis quelques années à une lente dégradation de cet hôtel. Toutes les prestations sont à la baisse : dans les chambres on est passé de 2 petites bouteilles d'eau à 1, on ne peut plus se faire qu'un café au lieu de 2, plus de fauteuils mais des chaises, plus de savon ni de bonnet de douche.. Au restaurant, c'est encore pire : une carte d'une pauvreté à peine digne d'un restaurant universitaire : goutez une profiterole et vous n'allez la reconnaître. et tout ça après 1h10 d'attente après avoir commandé. D'une manière générale, il y a partout un manque criant de personnel Difficile de recommander cette adresse et de comprendre les 4 étoiles de Michelin

Par quoi commencer ? Vous arrivez à un dimanche soir on vous annonce que le restaurant ne fonctionne pas le dimanche soir , aucun signalement à la réservation pour la suite la propreté de la chambre c'est tout simplement honteux ( chambre très sale les poussières sur les tableaux date depuis un bon moment, parquet en très mauvais état dans le salon et le calcaire dans la douche ????? Je pense que le directeur doit changer de profession. Une chambre a 195 € avec petit déjeuner ce n'est pas tolérable. Et pour le restaurant quand vous voyez la carte et les prix vaut mieux qu'il soit fermé.) par contre aller manger au restaurant le Fleurie face a la gare on c'est régalé lui il mérite un 5 étoiles, quand au mercure de Villefranche sur Saône il mérite 0 honteux . réservation du 08/09 au 09/09/2024 le personnel de accueil au courant parking gratuit comme geste commercial

Very comfortable hotel for one night stay near Lyon. The room was very large and had a large table. The bathroom was accessed from behind tje bed in an unusual arrangement. Breakfast was good and there is a car park under the hotel. I would stay there again for longer.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cet établissement sur la route des vacances et avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec un bébé de 2 ans. Tout était simple et pratique. L'hotel est très propre et bien rénové. Le personnel est sympathique et très aidant. Rien à redire.

Returning from Normandy, stop for one night in a privilege room. Spacious, clean, bathrobes, large bathroom with shower, minibar, Nespresso machine, good air conditioning, bed and pillows ok, no carpet. Given the type of room I would have expected much more: anonymous, Nespresso without pods, no slippers, bathroom door that did not close from the outside, for the first time they asked us for a 50 euro deposit. But is being a member worth anything? Convenient underground parking with elevator for 14 euros, close to the station and the main street, also frequented by business people, nice room in the hall, staff of few words and smiles, we did not have breakfast.

Auf der Durchreise haben wir nur eine Nacht Station gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, mit einem sehr modernen Duschbad und einer getrennten Toilette. Das Zimmer befand sich auf der sehr ruhigen Rückseite des Hotels und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Angenehm auch der Wasserkocher für einen schnellen Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer. Das Restaurant bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Karte mit einer guten Auswahl an Weinen. Die Qualität ist ausgezeichnet, der Geschmack überrascht, und das zu bezahlbaren Preisen. - Nur schade, dass das Parken in der Tiefgarage mit 10€ pro Tag extra berchnet wird......dennoch waren wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Hotel. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und vor allem die hervorragende Küche im Restaurant überzeugen. Leider hat der Ort touristisch nicht viel zu bieten, aber als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in den Süden ist dieses Hotel für uns erste Wahl.
