Ask for a room on the first floor, said non was available. Went to the room on the 2nd floor there was someone's clothes and backpack was in the room. Went back to inform the ftont desk, and suddenly there was a room on the 1st floor

The check in took forever. The breakfast and coffee was super limited. The guy next to our room was loud all night and was even smoking . Which the management let him go on all night. We didn’t get much sleep.

Terrible, primero llegó al hotel que reserve más de 15 días antes de la llegada, el hotel estaba cerrado, busqué uno similar y encontré este, un hotel muy descuidado, muy insegura la zona, muy mal la recepción, no me quedé ahí, solicité la cancelación y todavía me están cobrando lo de una noche, no se como Expedía tiene este tipo de lugares, nunca había tenido tan mala experiencia, estoy esperando a que me puedan reembolsar.

The check in and check out was smooth & easy but there a couple couple rooms down that kept fighting and when I tried to call down to the office our phone wasn’t working then we I called on my personal phone they took awhile to come up and I felt like much wasn’t done. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Heating unit worked very well and did not make a lot of noise as many do. Room stayed at a comfortable temperature all during my stay.
Towels were fluffy and soft.
One complaint: I was on the first floor and it easily took five minutes to get hot water to the shower head.
The breakfast was not worth getting up for.

Nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, well lit parking, and a Cracker Barrel right next door. How could you ask for more?
