The location is a little far away, but Carrefour is close, the price is good, clean, air-conditioned, but unfortunately there is no elevator, the luggage is not suitable! Self-service check in, everything depends on the password, this is still convenient, there are vending machines downstairs, buy coffee and some snacks!

All new, comfortable and very clean hotel. Easy night access, near the motorway outlet but very quiet, closed parking. Clean and comfortable rooms, USB takes. Very welcome and warm staff. nice breakfast. Excellent address!

I had the fortune of staying at Beaune Hôtel as part of a cycling trip in the region. Myself and my 13 Irish bike buddies received a very warm welcome after a day of cycling. The location was superb, well set-up for storing our bikes etc., rooms were very comfortable and clean with a lovely breakfast.The outstanding experience was the incredible hospitality shown by the staff in particular the kindness of Miriam. I injured my ankle and needed medical attention. Miriam took charge of the whole situation with such empathy. She went above and beyond to take care of me to personally assist, support, translate and keep me smiling! Her kindness will stay with me forever. I whole heartedly recommend Beaune Hôtel in this beautiful part of France, and look forward to returning.

Stopped by on our way from Stockholm to the Mediterranean in France. We usually fly, but this time we had a lot of interior things with us for our newly renovated flat and could not fly. Was so happily surprised by this beautiful, nice town and this hotel in a winery district. Room not big but we had everything we needed. Big food store nearby. Bought salads and sat outside and had dinner. Took a evening drive in the surroundings. So nice. Slept good. The hotel is close to town and shops. The self-serviced breakfast was okay. We are so happy we stayed here! On the way back to Stockholm we stayed at two hotels just a little cheaper than this and they were almost terrible. If we ever need to go by car again we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation with a direct view of the lake, huge garden with dining area and loungers, really to relax and unwind. The only point of criticism: the kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped, but that was manageable. The landlords were very friendly.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It isn't fancy but it is clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The other guests were respectful and friendly. You felt welcome and at home here. The optional breakfast was a good value with plentiful and healthy food and good coffee.

My wife and I stayed three nights here. We had been to Beaune 12 years earlier but just for several hours travelling between Lyon and Dijon. We are so happy we stayed here and were able to enjoy the area. We arrived at the train station from Lyon and then by taxi to the hotel. We were fortunate to snag the one taxi at the train station so that might be something you want to arrange ahead of time. The hotel was a reasonable fare, about eight euros and I rounded it up to ten euros for a tip. The hotel is very nice, nothing fancy but more than adequate for a multi night stay. Our room was very good and a very good bathroom, all up to date and clean. The staff spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar in the lobby / common area and we enjoyed wines there. There are a number of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is right across the street from the main tourist office which made pick-up for a day long wine tour very convenient. The hotel has underground parking for an extra daily fee. The location was a very easy walk in to the historic center and we had a great time visiting sites and enjoying the numerous shops and restaurants. We left Beaune with a longer list of things to do then when we arrived so we are already talking about a return visit and would stay here again.

Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Beaune but in easy walking distance of the town centre with all its attractions and to the train station.It can be difficult getting taxis in Beaune.Typical of this style of hotel our room (superior room) was a bit cramped especially as we were staying 7 nights and there was quite a bit of luggage .Very little hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was reasonably spacious.On our first night there was alot of noise from the patio area outside our room at 2-3 am ,the bar was closed but a group of young men were very noisy.We tried to contact reception but couldn't find the number.We reported this in the morning and it was obvious that others had disturbed sleep.After this first night it was quiet.It might be worth asking for a room that doesn't overlook the pool or patio area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Provided me with ice to prevent bruising when I fell.The hotel was very clean Breakfast was adequate and there was a good supply of fresh fruit.I think this hotel is ideally suited for short stays or stop overs when travelling through France
