The front desk staff was professional and particularly welcoming. All interactions with them went seamlessly, including check in, check out, and any other things. We did get an upgraded room, which was spacious. We did not try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. However, despite the hotel not being new, it is a good place to stay. I am one of the few people who really likes it when they have wired internet in addition to wireless, and they did have wired available in my room. The hotel is also really well located. Thanks for the hospitality.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & accommodating. I never felt as if my requests and/or questions were bothersome. Nick T. on the housekeeping team was genuinely interested in the quality of our stay & chatted with me. The location was great because it was so close to Liberty University, shopping & restaurants. It was also very convenient to have grab and go breakfast options available in the lobby. My family & I enjoyed our stay!

So we booked another night and again we enjoyed our stay and their pool is open and so clean?!!! We will stay here the next time we come

We can't speak highly enough about the staff here. Our son got married this past weekend and we had about 20 rooms here. We all felt welcome by the friendly front desk staff. Breakfast crew and housekeepers. We used the breakfast area at night as a gathering place to visit and play board games. Manager Steve was able to rent out the big conference room the last morning to us for a family breakfast. That was a good private spot to catch up with each other. We were really glad that this hotel had space for our guests. The location was also convenient to all wedding events too.

We would like to share a story about how a staff member at this Hilton Garden Inn went above and beyond. My husband left his computer in the room and we did not realize this until we got home to Ohio. He contacted the hotel and spoke with the evening General Manager. Unfortunately he did not get her name. When her evening shift ended, she took the time to go up to the room to look for his computer. She found it and called us promptly to assure us that it was there. She could have waited until the next day but she did not. She then made arrangements to ship it to us and it arrived a few days later. In addition, the hotel staff were polite, the room was spotless and even though we did not have an opportunity to get the breakfast, I could tell it was great when we went to grab the free coffee in the morning. Also want to point out that this hotel is in a great location, close to everything. We were in town for a wedding but if we are ever in this area, we will make sure we stay here again.
