Have say this hotel and the clerk on duty hands down helped save a terrible start to our trip. Ddudle was the clerk. We had along with our friends had been at another hotel. It was awful. We left in a frenzy and started driving towards Lynchburg praying we’d find another hotel to stay for the night. This one was the first stop. Ddudle was on call and I said please tell me you have two rooms available. He said yes we do. I explained what had happened with the last hotel we had just ran from and he hooked us all up with rooms for the night. He was very kind and understanding of our experience. He even made sure we had ride pods to wash our clothes, he made hot cookies for our friends who had to return to the previous hotel to get some belongings they forgot in our haste to leave quickly. We truly appreciate his help, Comforts hospitality and we will be staying there again when we come thru for another race weekend. Highly recommend this hotel

The Fitness center really needs updated and attention. The two days we were there the Fitness room had not been touched. Water station would be a great addition.

The workers at the front desk were friendly. Check in was ok. The room was comfortable but not the cleanest. Inside and outside of microwave was dirty. There was a lot of dust and hair in the drawers of the dresser and bedside table. I probably wouldnt stay again.

Great stay, front desk staff at check-in was extremely welcoming!! Hotel was nice and clean, room itself was clean and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, toilet bowl had not been cleaned and had disgusting residue all around the inside and rims. Other than that room smelled fresh and appeared clean.

Just a really nice place that’s well kept with friendly staff. Clean and feels new. Breakfast is always fresh and a delicious start to the day. We make it our go to whenever we visit our daughter at Liberty University.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in Lynchburg was very pleasant, thanks to the attentive staff. When we first got there, our keys wouldn't work in the door. The staff made it their first priority to come personally to the door and solve the glitch. After that, they made sure we were comfortable by providing us with extra bedding. They were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food to meet our dietary requirements. All this at a very reasonable rate! We will definitely choose this hotel again if we travel to the Lynchburg area.
