Friendly staff. Beautiful, modern room with a very comfortable bed. The room was a touch on the small side. Would recommend.

We were not satisfied, we asked the staff twice for help, we did not receive it, then I called the reception several times, no one answered, the bathroom did not meet all expectations, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Fantastic stay. Staff extremely friendly, especially. John and Dominic who work behind the bar. The rooms are fabulous, showers amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nottingham for trip.

Until I pulled up to the place I hadn't realised that I'd stayed here a few years before. There's stacks of parking and if you join the Accor rewards scheme it's free. The room was absolutely tiny mind, with very little space. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but if you want a city centre hotel.it ticks the boxes

Staff are so lovely and friendly. Lady on reception changed my room promptly upon being opposite the lifts and there being noise. Mykhailo was very attentive in the restaurant and bar area offering his food recommendations. Bar and restaurant is modern and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Rooms small. But excellent bar service from Mikhailo. He was a lovely chap at the end of a long day. Struggled to get my bags through room door but Mikhailo was very helpful and even offered us complimentary bar snacks. Yum yum yum yum yum yum yum

Free parkingbfor customers. Room very compact. Carpet needs a deep clean. Bedding lovely. Had burger and chips for dinner oh my god the Burger was one of best burgers I have had. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Would recommend. Worth the price.
