Thanksgiving was not the right time to visit this hotel. Breakfast was available but the restaurant was closed. It definitely is a warm weather spot

Du vol. Cher, paella rechauffee , crevettes douteuses et sûrement surgelée, poulpe à près de 30€ le plat mais parmentier de patates absent et pas de kimchi. Plat de palourdes avec 10 palourdes et aucun accompagnement à 25€. Sangria industrielle. Service quelconque. Rien à en retirer. A fuir !!!

Heute besuchten wir mit der Familie das Restaurant "Hotel Sa Tuna", welches direkt am Meer liegt. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Bucht. Das Personal hat uns freundlich begrüsst und wir konnten uns einen schöne Tisch auswählen. Die Speissekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl. Zum Hauptgang haben wir uns eine Paella (De peix i marisc) und zum Nachtisch eine Tartaleta bestellt. Ehrlich gesagt, hatte ich schon bessere Paellas. Denn sie war sehr salzig für meinen Geschmack. Zudem sind die Preise allgemein sehr hoch!

Hotelito situado justo encima de la playa de Sa Tuna (Begur). El hotel dispone de restaurante con terraza y con unas vistas increibles. El hotel dispone de pocas habitaciones, pequeñas, con baño y terraza. La tv no funcionaba.

El hotel es perfecto, en frente de la cala y con detalles muy bien cuidados. Al contrario que en el restaurante, les falla la atención al cliente: pueden tardar días en responder a alguna pregunta y muestran zero empatía por impedimentos derivados del COVID. Lástima porque el resto es perfecto.

Teniamos habitacion encargada. Por mala fortuna, tuvimos que llevar mi hijo a urgèncias. Yo llamé a primera hora de la mañana para anul.lar. La chica de las reservas, Paqui, muy buenas PALABRAS diciendo que eramos Julio y volveria a vender la habitación. Que no me preocupara. La mañana siguiente tenia cargados de mi cuenta 320€. No hicieron nada para vender la habitación en una situación tan complicada para nosotros. No recomiendo este hotel.
