Being stuck in their elevator for 15 minutes and finding a hair in our breakfast wasn’t the worst part of staying there. The worst part is the manager giving us big attitude and chasing us down 1 hour before the check out time. Be warned don’t dream of enjoying the spa in peace during paid service hour because the manager and the staff will chase you down to hell to hush you that check out is in 1 hour as if you’ve never stayed at a hotel before and didn’t know the rules. If you want your vacation ruined, come here.

Absolutely beautiful property. Nice location, friendly staff, and great view from the balcony. The spa was great and massages were perfect. Will return!

Excellent ! Magnifique ! Superbe hôtel, literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner sur les toits, servi à l'assiette, préparé à la minute, fruits et jus de fruit frais, tout un assortiment de produits sans gluten. C'est un endroit sublime, confortable, très propre. Le spa au sous-sol permet un moment de détente après une journée de marche. Loin des bruits de la côte mais à quelques minutes en voiture pour les balades de cliques en criques. Bref, un enchantement... idéal pour les longs week-end de détente 😉

Tal vez porque fuimos fuera de temporada, pero el servicio era muy escaso, no tiene bar no restaurante.El ascensor es lentísimo y súper estrecho. Creo que hay muchos mejores hoteles en Begur incluso con menos estrellas. Cierto que el poco servicio se esperaba por cubrir las necesidades. En definitiva fueron 3 días poco agradables.

Hôtel très bien situé, mais gros problème sur le coin SPA : impossible d'y rester car trop chloré et pas assez de ventilation. On y est resté tout juste 5 à 10 minutes car on avait les yeux qui piquaient et c'était intenable. On l'a signalé le lendemain ils ont dit qu'ils allaient voir ais rien a été fait on sentait le chlore jusque devant dans la rue....
Autre problème nous étions la chambre en-dessous de la salle pour les petits déjeuners et dès 8h/8h30 un bruit pas possible des chaises ou autres meubles qui bougeaient....impossible de faire une grasse matinée. Problème aussi d'humidité dans la chambre condensation sur les fenêtres donc le sol était mouillé et pieds nus c'est pas le top, heureusement ils fournissent des chaussons.
Dommage car très bien placé et cadre sympathique.
Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel très souriant.

Hôtel charmant très bien situé dans les ruelles de Begur. Notre chambre était très romantique avec une belle terrasse vue sur le village et le château.
Nous avons également profité du spa très agréable dans le sous sol voûté de l’hôtel.
Juste une petite remarque, le claustra en métal sur la terrasse ne cachait pas entièrement le vis à vis de la terrasse de la chambre voisine ce qui pourrait être appréciable pour avoir plus d’intimité.

Chambre pas conforme au descritif pris chambre deluxe mais aucun luxe wc sale poils tarif non-conforme au site déçu deco marie antoinette super moche salle de bain basique rien exceptionnel a part situé au centre ville
