It’s a restaurant with some rooms on the upper floors. The restaurant attracts cockroaches. There was a dead one on the stairs for the entirety of our stay.

位置十分的不好找！沒有停車區！老闆開了兩間房都是還沒有打掃衞生的！服務態度差，老闆隨意拿着鑰匙擅自做主打開客人的房間，服務意識極差！

我2023年12月31日在微信同程旅行選了北海老城（北海貝殼看海客棧，服務內容：先住後付方式，房費83元，大慨是晚上9點到了客棧，老闆説沒有大床房（83元的沒有了），衹有雙床房。雙床房要付120元（玩了1天有些累，不想再找住宿），最後談成100元，要我繳費，我説是先住後付，不行的話明天離開客棧時我再付費，他説可以。1號11點半離開，找到他，用微信掃碼付了100元后離開。2號下午13：41同程旅行短訊提示：2023/12/31，已扣費：83元。我與老闆通過電話，説等一等，但1個多小時都沒有回覆，客服您説：是不是應該讓老闆退我83元。（可能年齡大一些，對在線付款等不太清楚），客棧老闆服務還行，房間衞生衞生可以。老闆電話：17707791960，

位置：位於北海老城，房間是在老闆開的大排檔上面，一到晚上特別吵，隔音特差。設施：很老很老，有一個空調，竟然衹有一半能出風，另外一半還壞掉了，衞生間加浴室請想象外面最差的公共廁所，洗臉枱也沒有，洗臉全靠一個水龍頭出水，也沒有吹風機，基本設施這種我都服了，特別是出水的龍頭過濾差，會時不時有紅色的長條蟲，如果是提前能看到場地，五十塊都沒人去，人生以來最差的酒店民宿體驗！！！那個房間我都想請個保潔過來打掃衞生，積壓垃圾特別嚴重，還有蟑螂爬，被子床單上還好有自己備的床單，第一天入住發現床單上還有蚊子各種蟲子，簡直是難以想象，老闆大半夜會吵架，特別影響睡眠，基本上就是誰住誰知道，一進去就後悔的那種，尤其是還不能取消，老鼠進去了都搖頭！！！

衹能説要什麼沒有什麼 要網絡沒有網絡 要信號沒有信號 一直説明天叫人來弄網絡 説到我們走得那一天都沒有人來看過一次 剛住進去那個一次性沐浴露是開的 我還以為是我朋友開的 但我朋友説沒有開過 那就是上一個客人剩下的 搞不懂為什麼上一個客人用過的東西還要留下來 還有那個房間其中一張床的床頭有一點紅色的東西 不知道是血還是什麼 還有那個花灑的水小的可憐 比水龍頭的水還要小 還有那個空調爛得要死 開16度都感覺不到涼意 反正兄弟姐妹們避雷她們家吧 不信那你就自己去體驗一下吧！

房間不大，很小，環境不怎麼好，空調不太行，電視無遙控，空調無遙控。處在老街裏面，底下賣海鮮，是飯館，上面是住宿，不喜歡這樣的位置。沒有電梯，還聽到客人跟老闆吵起來了。這樣的房間也就能坑第一次來的人，想來不會去第二次了，都是被坑的。房間想退退不了，而且環境不好，相比其他的，簡直貴太多了。訂房間千萬要看評論，不然後麪是想退真的退不了。而且還影響出行的心情？
