This was our second stay at NUO, to celebrate our anniversary, and it was even sweeter than the first! As soon as you step into NUO’s beautiful lobby, the outside world seems to melt away, and you’re surrounded by a tranquil, elegant, and calming environment. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the beds super comfortable, and the lavish bathtub with a city view is also a highlight! Breakfast at NUO is an entire experience of its own! The breakfast buffet is vast and full of several varieties of cuisines. Every bite of food is prepared with excellence and care, and the staff are all very attentive and helpful. The keystone part of this stay is the amazing hospitality from Frank. Frank took wonderful care of us again, with cookies, fruits, and a personal note waiting for us in the room. He communicated with me via WeChat prior to our stay, to ensure everything would be perfect. While there are many lovely hotels in Beijing, none of them have someone like Frank who will make you feel so welcomed and at home in such a massive and beautiful space. We will always be recommending NUO to our friends, as well as treasuring the time we spent at this lovely hotel. Spacious room, located in the same area as a couple of other hotels. There are restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy across the road from the hotel. Location was good for my work trip, but the rooms, despite of it being tagged as ”non-smoking” smell as though they are smoking rooms at times. Sewage pipes are a couple of other things in the bathroom probably need to be addressed as well (rain shower had some issues). The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic. Definitely worth adding to your stay if you are on the fence.

The location is great. We spent NYE here and were planning to join the party they had in the bar downstairs. Really we glad we didn’t pre book / pre pay as it was very quiet and costed 888¥. The room was very clean. The pool is incredibly small, even for a city hotel. There were only 4 recliners, all taken when we arrived. We couldn’t use the pool as the entry point was in the deep end and people were doing laps. Quite unfortunate.

We chose Kuntai for our stay for our B2B held there. Great hotel, quite big and spacious. Amazing breakfasts, very responsive staff, that easily could make our room change for a view side, and most interesting that they have a ”pet” robot for delivery between the rooms that could use lifts and talk when it needs it. One small minus is the location, quite far from the center but very close to the subway and Soho shopping center. Would recommend it to anyone, who needs to stay in this area.

The hotel is very unique in design. The room is clean and tidy. There is a free business area on the second floor of the hotel. There is an Apple computer in the lobby and a free printer.

It's pretty good, the sanitation is very good, the facilities are new, and the most important thing is that parking is free. When you come to Beijing, it is very convenient to park your car at the hotel and then take the subway. The subway is only about a 15-minute walk away. The uncle at the doorman is also very enthusiastic and the service is attentive. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijing.

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my Business Trip, and it had been a consistently good experience, the room is spacious and clean, the location is great as well, a lot of restaurant around and there's a mall right across the street. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the customer service and their staff (and the cool robots!), everyone is so efficient and helpful. 5 Star, Would definitely recommend! Special mention to one of the staff member, 小珈 for always helping me throughout my time there，服务真好！

I stayed here for 5 days during the National Day holiday in 2019. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete and the transportation is very convenient. When I went to Beijing to look for hotels during the Qingming Festival this year, I read the reviews saying that it was renovated in 21 years and booked a room without hesitation. The renovated room is clean and tidy, and the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable to sleep on!

I suddenly thought of taking my parents to Beijing during the Spring Festival. I booked this place online and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Check-in is very convenient. There is a dedicated housekeeper who provides direct service. I would like to praise Brother Wu who has a good attitude and is handsome. If you have any questions, please contact him anytime and solve them immediately. The room is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. The building management is also very good. Highly recommend this place! I lived here for two months during the summer vacation. The decoration is very new and the design is nice and clean. I especially like the glass laser design of the shower room. It seems that the structure of each room is different. You can control the functions in the room with your mobile phone. The surrounding area is an old and new village, and there are restaurants, nail salons, supermarkets, and pharmacies downstairs, which are also very convenient. Because the 798 Art Zone is nearby, it feels like there are quite a lot of cool people living here for a long time. There is INDIGO in the nearby shopping mall, and shopping is also convenient. The girls at the front desk, the cleaning staff, and the security guy on the first floor are all very nice! There are many books in the public area on the 3rd floor, which is very cozy. It has a kitchen, office area, projector, laundry room and gym, and regularly organizes activities. It is also very convenient for long-term stay. There is also stey app that can save water and electricity points, I exchanged points for two nights~ The only small downside is that there is a distance to the subway station, but I think this is a common problem in Beijing... Overall, I am very satisfied with the staying experience, and I highly recommend it~
