Although the room is small, it is enough for one person to live in a single room. The room is very clean and quiet. The service attitude is very good.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. I enjoyed my stay at Atour S Hotel. The rooms were clean and well insulated. When I walked in the hallway, I heard a child making noises; however, I couldn't hear anything from my room. I couldn't hear the street noises with the window shut. The staff went above and beyond to help me. Since I only used cash instead of WeChat pay, and I didn't have the exact amount of cash for breakfast, they kindly offered my a breakfast free of charge. They also used an app in their phone to book a taxi ride for me and carried my heavy luggage to the taxi. Breakfast was excellent with many delicious and healthy options. Overall, a 5-star!

It's not far from the company's office, convenient and comfortable, but some places are temporarily under renovation. Penny at the front desk was warm and considerate. She even upgraded to an executive room, although she didn't have time to have afternoon tea.

Although the hotel was quite difficult for taxi drivers to pick up/drop off directly in front of the hotel (can just walk out from the hutong and wait for drivers at the junction instead), it was definitely a pleasant stay! The staff (name: 十三） was very friendly and helpful, always check on our well being during our stay, making sure we were comfortable. She is enthusiast with her work and take pride with it. Whenever we have a request she would try her best to help us which we were very grateful for. The hotel cleaners were also helpful. As we are staying in a room that requires us to climb a few stairs, during check out, the cleaner actually offered to help us to carry the luggages down from the stairs when she was cleaning one of the rooms nearby. Another cleaner constantly check if we need a make up room service whenever we wanna go out. Hotel location for food and shopping was 10/10 as it was nearby 什刹海/后海. I will definitely would recommend people to stay here for a few days in Beijing as the location is strategic and the staff were friendly.
