Pros: 1. Close to the airport with shuttle bus service. 2. Plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. 3. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. 4. Didn't have breakfast, but they provided a breakfast bag with lots of bread, milk, yogurt, and fruit. 5. Ample hot water for the shower. Cons: 1. Poor soundproofing in the room; I could clearly hear conversations from the hallway and next door. 2. The slippers and tissues were of very poor quality, extremely thin. 3. The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective; it got a bit cold at night. 4. To get a room upgrade, I had to add them on WeChat and give a 5-star review. 5. For a hotel of this caliber, it was disappointing that the in-room coffee was instant.

Nice room, good breakfast. You will need to ask reception guy for EU socket adapter though. I don’t know why Hilton garden inn use China only sockets for hotels, but they do and you need to ask for adapters and they can always answer that they are out of them. Yes, there are some usb-a and usb-c ports, but if you need to charge your laptop or another device or you just use your own all-in-one charger (like me) than you need to bring adapter with you to be sure. They have universal sockets in China too, but not in this hotel. Metro station is not close enough for walking so I used taxi.

Food delivery could be brought upstairs by a robot, though the TV didn't support screen mirroring. Overall, the price was reasonable, offering great value for money.

I spent Valentine's Day with my wife this weekend, and the hotel she chose really lived up to her expectations. Parking is convenient, with exclusive parking spaces in B1 and B2, directly connected to the lobby and guest rooms. The breakfast is exquisite, and the staff is friendly and warm. Room 1320 faces the sun, with double windows to let in the wind, and the room is full of warmth. I especially want to praise Xiaobian and Guoying, who are skilled in business, patient and thoughtful. Before leaving, they also kindly reminded me to take away the red wine in the set meal. This delicate care is heartwarming.
