公公婆婆從山東來北京玩，剛好看見這個酒店公寓，入住體驗非常好，比賓館人少，安靜。而且房間比賓館大，還可以做飯洗衣服等，適合家人出行。經理申岳真服務熱情，服務員朱銀先打掃衞生特別乾淨。

酒店和周圍服務和配套都很齊全方便，管家吳森趙丹服務很友好周到，窗外視野環境好，房間很安靜。房間空間寬敞明亮。

我有一半的時間在北京工作，住麗都住了好多年，這次皇冠假日沒房間搜到了麗都服務式酒店公寓，這次是我入住最踏實安靜的住宿體驗，管家申岳真大姐非常熱情，耐心，細緻！真的很贊！還給我升了房間兩室一廳，我一個人住，哈哈哈哈，我跟申姐説了以後我就住你們這間公寓了，讓我有家的感覺，這也許是我住酒店這麼多年最高的評價了，性價比超高！！！

每次都選9號樓，地理位置特別方便！ 主管滿軍和管家申岳真 工作特別認真熱情周到，人一到房間早安排好了，可謂是賓至如歸。 打掃也很乾凈。

這是我連續第三次續約了、這裏象家的感覺、房間寬敞舒適、洗衣機、電冰箱、微波爐生活用具很全、尤其是酒店工作人員申姐、小朱還有安保部的白天和夜班的值班人員都非常熱情周到、感謝他們!

帶孩子來北京，住在麗都公寓很方便，一室一廳的佈局應有盡有，洗衣做飯設施齊全。申岳真和滿筠主管很關心我們的入住需求，所有服務人員都很熱情，倍感親切温馨，續住多天，下次還會選擇麗都公寓。

After a while, he knocked on the door to ask if it could be fixed. I said OK. After a while, he knocked on the door to change the wifi password sticker. I refused. After a while, someone knocked on the door again. I opened the door and was about to get angry, but someone gave me some fruit. 2. The refrigerator smells fishy. 3. There is an auntie in the room next to the elevator on the 7th floor. When I checked in, it seemed that she helped me find a charging cable. Although it was only 10 cm, it helped me out of an urgent need. On the first day out, I asked her if there was a room cleaning (after all, this doesn't seem to be a hotel). She said, I asked them to clean it. I said you are responsible...? (After all, I have to stay for three days and want to find the right person when something happens). She said, "I'll take care of other things." When I checked out, I stood at the door and asked, "Do you have plastic bags?" She said yes with her back to the door, and then continued to do her work.
