We booked two triple rooms, and there were only two bottles of water in each room. We asked for another bottle, but they said they couldn't give it to us and we had to buy it. They said it was five yuan a bottle and we had to buy two bottles. They changed their minds and refused to sell it to us, and told us to buy it from the self-service machine outside. 3. Weak service awareness. I got up early to climb the Great Wall and wanted to store my luggage, but they told me that it was under the jurisdiction of the police station and I couldn't store it. I was afraid that tourists would store dangerous goods. I wonder if we were not afraid of dangerous goods when we paid to stay, but we were afraid when we stored our luggage. This is really the worst hotel I have stayed in for so many years.

The environment is very good, the air is fresh, and most importantly, it is very close to the cable car station, which is very convenient. The proprietress is also very nice and extended the check-out time. I will definitely choose her place next time.
