I like to stroll around the East and West Universe, alleys + art galleries + various interesting places.
I have paid attention to this hotel before. Just had the opportunity to stay. Downstairs is the cafe bar bistro and opposite is Longfu Temple. Next to the Art Museum, Guardian, Dongsi North Street, convenient transportation, 100% experience
The room is also very comfortable, well-equipped, quiet and stylish.

Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The washing machine with dryer function was very appreciated, espcially for families like ours. Shower amenities were fully equipped and room service and housekeeping was very on point.
Good location in an alley with lots of food choices in the area. Staff were friendly and greeted us wverytime they see us. Knowing our flight is in the late afternoon, they allowed a late check-out at 2pm so that we can continue to rest more.
It was an overall great place to stay in and we'd love to stay here again in future when we visit!

We stayed here almost 3 weeks on our recent (third) trip to China. The apartment was a good size in a perfect location (close to metro and walking distance to many sites), with a very comfortable bed and good facilities as described. Everything worked well, the water pressure was excellent, and a separate shower is always welcome rather than a wet bathroom when in China. We were surprised that as the apartment offers a full kitchen, which was excellent, not one pot or pan or cooking utensil was provided, just 2 dinner plates, 2 small plates, 2 mugs, 2 each knives, forks, spoons and chopsticks. No bowls. We even investigated the shared basement kitchen, where again no cooking implements are provided. Ended up buying our own pan to cook in and our own bowls. Pity that reception staff rather than promising a pan to cook in that never arrived had been honest that these are not provided.
Apart from this all was excellent, and housekeeping staff were brilliant. Would stay here again if coming to Beijing.

The Base is located in a convenient location. There are good food options close by and transportation is easy to access. The apartments were clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was also a helpful robot. I would definitely come back again.
