The location was nice and the staff sweet and they let us check in a bit earlier, which was wonderful. It was a bit hard to communicate in English and we had hoped for a bit more suggestions as it was our first time in Beijing. Nevertheless we really enjoyed our stay and the room was big and clean and had everything necessary!

The check-in to the hotel was very smooth. The standard of the room is a very good value for money and the location is both convenient and close to some picturesque hutongs. Highly recommend 😊!

The lady at reception was not helpful when I asked where I could get food. She said there was only the restaurant at the hotel (which didn’t look great). I did find a supermarket next door. Air conditioning didn’t work and I told reception a few times which they ignored. I would not stay here again

I complained directly? The front desk said that it was not what I meant, and no one contacted me the next day. I recorded the entire communication process between check-in and the front desk. You can find me if you need it. I took the initiative to contact the platform customer service, and the manager gave me a plan to give me a five-star review and refund me one hundred. I said I had already stayed. May I ask the store owner, if there is a problem with check-in, I contacted you as soon as possible and did not deal with it. I did not contact me the next day. Does your front desk have the option of refunding me without checking in? Why did someone who knew there was a problem but could not solve the problem contact me after checking in, and with a bad attitude? Why is the room hygiene so bad? There are many places to eat around, such as Ziguangyuan Noodle House, Baishui Sheep Head Meat, Pancake Fruits, Shu Zhuaner, Centennial Yili, Gongmenmen Steamed Bun Shop... It is also very close to the Beijing Ancient Architecture Museum.

The room is satisfactory, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding attractions are not far away, and it is only across the road from Friendship Hospital. There are many delicious foods on Liushuo Road, such as Ziguangyuan, Huangshan Restaurant, barbecue, and Zhizi barbecue.
