酒店位置不錯，但是分給我的房間不太行，這次來沒有大的窗户，不能看到北京南站，花着同樣的價錢衹有小小的一個偏窗，看不見外頭很壓抑

酒店隔音效果差，旁邊屋子打電話都可以聽到。馬桶上沒有擦乾淨就上個客人留下的污穢之物，呵呵。服務員比較坑，13:32的時候打電話續不續房，我當時還在睡覺。後來15點半左右又打電話張嘴就説您房間過時間了。我是攜程鉑金會員可以延遲退房，訂單寫着退房時間16點。服務員根本不知道，説明酒店管理一塌糊塗。
