This was my second time in this hotel, and once again I was extremely happy with the service and comfort levels. This is probably one of the cosiest hotels I've stayed in. Will definitely book again, especially as it's conveniently located near to most universities.

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly! They don’t speak english but you can use the translation app to communicate with them and they will help you!

Environment: Very clean, the environment is super good. It is the most cost-effective and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in in Beijing. It is very comfortable to stay in Zundu. Facilities: The hotel is newly opened this year, the facilities are very new, smart toilet, the quilt is very comfortable, and there is a milky smell, I really like the smell of it Service: The lady at the front desk has a very good attitude and meets your needs. I give you a thumbs up.

Looking at the Huazhu Group, I booked it thinking it would be more formal. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be the most disappointing hotel under the Huazhu Group. The room had a strong smell, the windows were small, the air-conditioning effect was poor, and the noise was loud. The breakfast had very few types, just three or four side dishes, and it was chaotic. The quilt was not clean, which caused a lot of small pimples on my body. It was very itchy, and I woke up from itching at 4/5 o'clock every morning.

The brand under Huazhu has the same chain quality as always, and the decoration style is the same. There is no smart voice, the pillows are latex, very comfortable, and the bed is also very comfortable. After staying for three nights, there was a power outage on the first two days. It was stopped for an hour one day and for twenty minutes the next day. The landline phone left by the hotel couldn't be reached after the power outage. I don't know what the situation is and how long it will take to repair it. After the call, the hotel called to say sorry, gave me watermelon, and offered to upgrade the room on the third night, but they didn't find it troublesome and didn't change the room. The hotel includes breakfast and has a lot of variety.

The front desk service was very good, and the room type was upgraded. The room was spacious and bright, and the arrangement was very satisfactory. The stay was very comfortable. The parking lot was very convenient and solved the parking troubles. It is worth recommending

For tourists, the hotel is easy to find and close to scenic spots and gardens. The family room I chose is large, clean and hygienic. The room has smart appliances and a smart toilet. The breakfast is nutritious, clean and has many choices. The service is especially good, especially warm and comfortable. The bed sheets and bath towels are very clean. The low wind of the air conditioner is very suitable. There is noise during the meeting. Disadvantages: I stayed in two different room types, mainly because of the difference in sound insulation. The second room felt like it was only separated from the next room by a piece of paper. In addition, there was no refrigerator in the room. Suggestions- The front desk service needs to be improved. Other hotels only need to give the room card and room number when checking out, but the front desk service this morning made me wait all the time. The other hotel was obviously in a hurry to catch the bus. She asked people to wait and handled other things slowly. The last one was in a hurry to leave. Let me wait, and in the end, I gave up the good comments. I can only say that this kind of communication will reduce the experience. The hotel is still good overall. At present, the new opening has a high cost performance, but if the price is the same as other hotels in the later stage, it will lack advantages.
