Good and clean hotel. Wifi speed is reasonable and easy to walk to from JR Kyoto station.

Have a bad experience on the check in timing . Not sure is trip problem or hotel problem , cannot find my booking .

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. For its price, the room is in excellent condition, a good size and very clean. My only gripe is that on this side of Kyoto there aren't many tourist attractions, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Hotel location is great Kyoto and Shijo station are very close by 7 eleven conveneience is close to the hotel as well as Aeon mall which has many department stores and food restaurants.

Check in and check out is a breeze!

It was ok. You can extend for 10000 yen. 600 yen for laundry. Awkward level of self-service.

A Great hotel. located in a nice quiet street but only a few minutes away from Kyoto station connecting you to your transportation needs. Has several good restaurants in the area as well as an Mall. very clean rooms, comfortable spacious beds and a great price. Will definitely come back if I ever visit Kyoto again.

Very near to the train station and good service attitude. The duvet cover and everything are clean, except the duvet core may smell not very good. Overall a good place but a little overpriced during the vocation time.

Hotel located near JR which is convenient Breakfast is good with choice . Decoration is a bit old . I leave my I pad in hotel and good they keep it for me and I go back to pick it in next few days.

I had a wonderful experience here. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessities like a TV, bathroom, and electric kettle. Its convenient location near cultural attractions made exploring the city a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond by providing umbrellas and plug-in adapters. I look forward to staying here again during my next trip to Japan.
