離南鑼鼓巷小吃街很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了，我們還去逛了後海的煙袋斜街，很熱鬧，酒店的這個地理位置相當不錯，衞生也很乾凈，下次也來住這個酒店

很不錯的酒店，很乾凈，特別是服務很好，附近旅遊景點離得很近

連住了幾天感覺很不錯，大堂有免費的咖啡和茶水可以用，也有機器人送物，洗衣房也是自助的，很方便，前台的員工服務非常好，很有耐心，態度非常親切👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

As always, the feeling of home is particularly good. I come here often. Both the hygiene and service are superb. It is very quiet when sleeping at night. It is really good for me. I booked it with my eyes closed.

一層的自助洗衣房很方便，裏面都收拾得整整齊齊的，襯衣烘乾後再用掛燙機熨一下，就可以美美的去見客户了，另外再贊一下這個酒店的服務，非常好，以後出差首選這個酒店

A very poor experience, both in terms of hygiene and facilities. The hygiene is really disappointing. As a hotel chain, although I have stayed here many times, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation!
