First of all, when you check in, my little secretary has provided you with how to use the door lock correctly and how to disarm the alarm. If you open it in the wrong way, it will trigger the alarm. Secondly, regarding air conditioning, the building is managed by central air conditioning. Since the property provides heating according to national regulations, the air conditioning was not turned on when you came to check in. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Regarding the heater, because you didn't tell us, we didn't know about the smell and you didn't use it. If you have any questions during your stay, you can contact the secretary.
