優點：房間大（主要是有個客廳），有廚房有冰箱可以簡單烹飪，有洗衣機試了好用，大投影屏，房間採光很好，服務不錯，老闆和員工態度好，能解決的問題會第一時間解決。
缺點：設施有點舊了，隱藏熱水器的櫃子腐朽變形，觀感很差，建議拆成敞開式加個石材麪隔板即可。熱水是用儲水式熱水器，事先不知道，熱水可能也不滿，沖涼一半沒熱水了。蓮蓬頭一開水就崩掉了，竄上去掉下來，幸好沒砸到人。床的擺放位置不對上下不方便，換成床尾沒堵頭的床或者榻榻米更好。
補充：房間散落在住宅樓內，有利有弊，看個人喜好。

非常好的一次入住體驗，不得不説交通是十分便利的，樓下就有三條地鐵線，去哪都方便。有24小時前台接待安排入住和退房，房間很大很寬敞都是落地玻璃窗，通風很好，房東還提供一次性洗漱用品，出來旅遊一家人住一起很方便還有家的感覺！

房間乾淨整潔，房間有投影，免費觀看幾千部電影，出遊五號線十號線地鐵就在樓下，到天安門廣場都很方便，周邊美食多，大型購物超市，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，廚房可以做飯，太棒了。

這不是酒店是公寓，我們一家是來北京看病的，樓下三條地鐵線到協和醫院很近，有廚房，有冰箱，有洗衣機，可以自己做飯吃，可以自己洗衣服，衞生特別乾淨，老闆服務態度真好。
