到的時候是早上八點半，提前和酒店確定了可以提前入住，解決了拖着行李箱到處跑的煩惱，這點真的很暖心，這家酒店真是太棒了！從我們到達的那一刻起，就感受到了温馨的服務，前台的工作人員非常友好，總是樂於幫助解決我們的問題。位置優越，交通便利，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服。一樓還有健身房，洗衣房。水吧有免費的咖啡和奶茶 ！值得推薦！

服務態度太差，基本就算沒服務，最可氣的是第二天上午我要續房的時候，跟我説沒有房間了，我的房間被訂出去了，我還沒退房，在我不知情的情況下，房間訂給別人了？孩子生病發燒，中午讓我搬走，別人要住進來，真噁心，什麼**酒店，大家都不要來，不然真後悔！！

酒店設備設施很齊全，健身房，洗衣房都有。服務也好，衞生也乾淨，每一位前台服務都非常熱情，客房大姐打掃衞生非常有規矩。住的很好，很舒服。

我老公胰島素落在店裡了，我確定走的時候我讓我老公拿起來，然後我老公沒拿，我打電話給前台找，因為我們這幾天還去北京檢查身體，科室前台説打掃衞生大姨根本沒看見，我就是覺得挺敷衍，哪怕你説看見了扔了我都不説啥，我們是去北京宣武看病不是旅遊根本沒去過別地方，不是落在房間我不會打電話找，服務太差。

酒店非常好，值得推薦，距離宣武醫院很近出行很方便，我們最喜歡的就是酒店周邊好吃的飯店很多，大羊肉串和大包子都很喜歡，我們帶回來的打包吃的服務人員還幫忙給我們熱一下。很貼心！贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間乾淨，沒有異味，每天準備4瓶礦泉水，服務人員也好，幫忙換被罩，服務不錯，就是隔音略微有點問題，不過也還好，總體很滿意
