Hotel was clean, entire place smelt like smoke though. My room was fine.
The hotel staff cannot speak any English.
Location wise it is close to the temple of heaven and the south/west train stations.
No stores near the place.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay except the service. On our last night stay, around 10 pm we requested the reception staff to help us booked 2 taxi for the next morning but she said only can book 1 taxi. When we asked the reason, she just said can’t with unhappy face and without any explanation at all which is not make sense for us. Later we recall that she is the same reception when we checked in. Not friendly, very rude and bad attitude. These points are important in service sector such as hotel, hope management will improve.

Location is near temple of heaven, walkable distance. Located in a quiet place. Not a lot of restaurants around the hotel. But place provides breakfast every morning. Simple and delicious. Room is small but sufficient for 2 person and for placing our luggage.
