房間整潔乾淨，每一位工作人員都非常好，前台有求必應，解決問題效率很高，環境不錯，房間、衞生間乾淨整潔，非常不錯的入住體驗

酒店位置不錯，離地鐵站很近。入住體驗較差，房間清掃不到位，住了5天，每天衹給換垃圾袋，放上一次性洗漱用品，其他地方無清掃，連床上的被都不給鋪，窗台、洗臉池、桌面、牀頭櫃根本沒有清理。

房間還可以，副樓比較安靜。現在沒有牛奶了。
有兩棟樓，經濟房就一間，副樓12和10和02和05這排比416房間大挺多，房間一進去的走廊長了一點，416正方形格局外面有樹，空氣不是太敞亮。酒店有收費停車場，十月才有七天睡前牛奶，酒店有免費口罩。劉家窯地鐵站B出口一出來就是，交通便利。房間乾淨衞生，錦江白金卡沒辦法免升房型，前台稍微有點冷。桌子上有枱燈夜燈，椅子也很舒服。503空調熱風不夠猛，吹久了電輔熱熱風就變成冷風了，停幾分鐘，重新開一下又有熱風。
