六一小童節帶孩子來樂多港萬豪玩了兩天，酒店設施還算不錯，辦理入住的人很多，還好萬豪會員可以到一層獨立的前台辦理入住，省了不少時間，酒店停車場爆滿衹能停到北側較遠的停車場，但是很貼心有來回的擺渡車還是很方便，點贊！小童樂園，湯泉宮很適合小朋友玩耍，各種遊樂和戲水設施都很適合小朋友，隔壁就是萬達廣場，吃飯也很方便，前台服務也很好，退房的時候衣服遺忘了，聯繫酒店當天就給順豐寄回，再次點贊。缺陷的話就是早餐人多排隊，而且品種不太豐富，感覺不如同品牌喜來登，而且迷你吧不免費，對於這麼高的房費，就顯得有點小氣了，但是總體上還是挺滿意的，孩子玩的開心，大人也休息的很好。

住過好的酒店 也住過普通酒店，其他城市也住過 但是第一次給差評
一切不開心從入住開始
辦理入住排隊 至少半個小時 效率很慢
到房間浴缸旁邊的地在太陽照射下顯得格外臟
六一小童節小童温柔免費，但是我不理解，一家親子五星温泉酒店，這麼多詞彙在一起，小童額外收的費用出奇的多……
早餐小童114 温泉小童128 請問你們家早餐什麼水平自己不清楚嗎？ 值這個價嗎？當然你收錢可以，我可以選擇買或者不買，但是一定要收的有理有據吧 快捷酒店的標準你們怎麼敢要114的
温泉 我更不想提，兩個小童池子 一個滑梯 你們就要128你們温泉酒店住店客人還要額外收費用，你們也不是專門做温泉的吧……問題是你們温泉沒有任何服務啊

整體感覺都很不好，尤其是服務感受特別差。
1、在預訂之前打電話諮詢是否有家庭房或者連通房，被告知沒有。預訂後要求兩間房間挨着，回覆説可以安排。入住當天前台説沒辦法安排，在反覆溝通後勉為其難的給安排了，到房間後發現房型錯了，結果同樓層沒有房間了，兩間房安排在不同樓層，電梯卡又不通，非常不方便。
2、更換後的房間發現竟然是一間連通房，隔壁已經有人入住，也沒辦法再調整了，而且也並沒有任何歉意。問前台為什麼之前打電話時説沒有，前台沒做任何迴應。
3、買的温泉套票房，由於某些原因不能泡温泉，希望能幫忙協調其他時間或其他項目，很不耐心的被告知無法操作，讓我們自己退了重訂，當天重訂的價格非常貴。
4、預告的13點到17點酒店草坪上有六一小童節活動，16點到草坪的時候什麼活動都沒有。
5、房間的浴巾非常破舊，都是毛邊兒。想加床被子也被告知沒有。
6、電視的HBO功能欠費未開通。
7、入住排大隊，辦理入住手續超級超級慢。
8、地下停車場全滿，停車場很遠，擺渡車又要等，非常不方便。
9、電梯很慢，等候時間比較長。
總體來説感受特別不好，服務完全不是萬豪的標準，收費到很健全，孩子加床，用餐都需要單獨收費。希望能提升服務品質，對得起我們所付的費用。
