在永利住過很多次第一次遇到這麼差的租户有這麼差的體驗，居然沒有提供紙巾！告訴管家説給送結果到離店也沒有紙巾！無奈衹能自己買紙巾。馬桶蓋也是壞的！衞生間面盆龍頭像小孩兒尿尿，地面很臟還有異味！聯繫管家居然説要麼你退房吧！態度極其惡劣。
