酒店位於司馬台長城腳下，走路五分鐘到售票處。酒店自帶温泉，室內室外都有。室外温泉可以看到長城。房間裏設施中規中矩。早餐一般。住在這裏還是圖温泉方便。避開高峯期，這裏非常安靜舒適。服務態度好，有求必應。下次還會入住這裏。

Beds are incredible bad, noisy aircon generators, staff cannot speak English at all - I recommend not to go there.

設施完善，房間佈局合理，有個小看法是和孩子在上面玩耍。泡温泉也很方便。酒店的温泉，可以多次反覆跑。。下次還住在這裏

第二次入住段家大院，因為自帶温泉很方便，五一出遊沒有訂到家庭房本來還擔心住不開，沒想到房間裏有個榻榻米，和前台加了床被褥，孩子睡正好，房間送的梨很好吃，前台小姐姐又給送了兩個，非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次去古北水鎮還會選擇段家大院

酒店位置在水鎮最東邊，很清凈，離音樂噴泉很近，對面就是司馬台長城入口，坐船碼頭，適合家庭親子出遊，日月島那邊什麼時候都是人滿為患，太擁擠，這邊相對來説太適合放鬆休閑了。酒店房間完全住得下一家四口，房間很大，也有室內室外的温泉，隨時都能玩，早餐也挺豐富，中式西式都齊全，滿足各種口味。服務更是沒的説，閨女不小心手被門夾手，服務員聽到動靜主動來了解情況，幫忙聯繫車送到景區門口的醫務室。總而言之，酒店很值得一住。

網上預訂的，性價比高，小院兒不錯，喝個茶大概牌，天氣好在院子裏坐坐挺愜意的。酒店就有温泉，不用預約別的店裡的温泉了，很方便！

設施：房間極其小，床也極其小，所謂的大床房根本睡不下兩個人…
服務：由於孕婦身體原因，想嘗試跟酒店協調能否更換或加床，攜程管家客服第一時間聯繫酒店無果，後續聯繫20次酒店完全不予理會，也沒有相應的處理，這樣的酒店適配服務不配消費付高額房價。更不配掛高分。
家庭親子情侶千萬避開這家酒店，不要因為在景區內選擇這家被地理位置騙了，因為他們不會給你處理任何問題，這是入住過體驗最差的酒店。沒有之一。
