適合親子，餵動物，黑天鵝，篝火晚會，泡湯，挺不錯的

環境還是可以的，高低錯落，尤其是綠化，景觀，都挺不錯，人工瀑布，噴泉，營造了高山流水的場景。在那兒舉辦婚禮的還挺多。頭天就有一對兒，第二天走時又有一對兒。
酒店大堂有個小小童遊樂園，以及一些電玩。户外還有個大點兒的遊樂場，還有碰碰車。孩子是很喜歡。
酒店取得了三星級酒店，政府採購等較為硬核的認證。
迎賓點心還不錯，包括水果、紅酒等。房間有冰箱，不錯
管家也比較熱情用心。
早餐比較豐富，咖啡牛奶豆漿，涼菜熱菜種類不少。

停車不能靠近別墅，也是個bug。距離別墅最近的也就是停在大堂那裡的停車場，還得有位置的情況下。由於高低錯落，需要上下台階，如果拎着箱子可真是受罪。
衞生間設施稍顯陳舊。沒有排風扇/失靈，有些反味兒。別墅户門開關咯吱咯吱作響。
私湯在屋外，有個小房子，如果冬天來回可能多有不便。水需要找商家放，也是比較麻煩。
另外細節還是需要注意，弄箇中英文標識英文就是給外國人看的，弄就弄對了，不然就衹中文也行。弄個錯的還不如不弄。

最後與酒店沒有直接關係。
我們所住的海德堡A，與B緊鄰。B的朋友或者親戚來串門，坐在我家涼椅上（兩椅一桌的配置，分別提供給A、B兩户）我們的桌椅就在我們卧室窗户外。我們沒坐時她們坐也就坐了，我們出來泡温泉也沒趕她們。等我們回來發現她們還在桌子上遺留了垃圾。這都什麼人。我是沒有義務替他們收拾的，也請店家知悉。最可惡的是大晚上十點半又跑來串門坐在我家椅子上大聲喧嘩，就在我窗根下，雖然時間很短，給我吵醒了，等我出去看，已經沒人了。希望店家在配套桌椅上做相應標記。（如僅供A/B客人使用字樣）

一個具有德國特色的環境優雅，舒服的山莊，非常適合長者居住和遊覽，有小山，小水小河流，小動物。早晨是自助中餐，中午和晚上都可以單點，兩個人沒點太多，味道就是大廚級別，尤其烤魚就啤酒，神級別的好吃。酒店裡每個人服務都非常好，很親切。
