During this stay, what impressed me most was the service of Mandarin Oriental Hotel. All the service staff I met would take the initiative to say hello, which made people feel great. I would like to thank Alex, Jasmine and Tina who received me. Their meticulous service made my experience even better.
The hotel's breakfast and steakhouse are also great, whether it is the taste, service or scenery. You can see the roof of the Forbidden City while dining.
The local location is also very good, right in the Wangfujing area, and there is also a subway station nearby, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

第二次來了，文華酒店的環境，房間，服務都是一流，花園套房房間設計好，露枱面積相當大，景色優美，晚上露台坐坐走走很愜意。楊經理還給協調解決了問題，前台接待服務也很好，下次還會再來。
