疫情過後常常一個人帶娃出門旅遊，這次璞瑄酒店住了5晚，感覺很好。下樓就是地鐵，去哪都很方便。建議夜間車輛進出方向做個指示牌，司機大哥轉錯了彎，在衚衕裏溜達了一圈，最重要的一點，某一天晚上我要歸還怪獸充電，小程序顯示2、3樓各有一台機器在線可以使用，但是2、3都表示沒有充電寶，很無奈啊，下着小雨出門還充電寶，這一點略遺憾，既然顯示在線可用，説明機器肯定開着，但是工作人員都不知道在哪。

房間很好，床品舒適，窗外可以直接欣賞到中國美術博物館。 前台服務人員很專業，客房部解決問題很迅速。 整體體驗滿分。

酒店很不錯，環境優雅、鬧中取靜！也很合理安排了我的需求

到店飛機晚點很晚了，酒店根據我的需求幫我準備好了房間，並做了升級！物品遺失在了酒店也幫我收好，按需寄到。酒店位置方便，很有自身的文化特色，下次會繼續來！

細節很到位

房間非常乾淨，衞生間沒有異味，空調也舒適。每天還會在床頭放小禮物，第一次來北京入住如此高品質的酒店，真是令人難以忘懷。早餐最好吃，我能吃三人份的🉑🉑

It's worth it! When I checked in on the first day, I was upgraded to a suite and told that the drinks in the hotel's small refrigerator were free. I was very happy, but it was not because of these that impressed me. What impressed me was the full details and services of this hotel! For example, every night when making the bed, a calming sachet will be placed on the bed with a small card, and the card will tell you what the weather temperature will be tomorrow. For example, the mobile phone charging cables placed randomly will be sorted out for you with storage ropes. For example, the fruit plates and drinks will be replenished for you every day. For example, the light sticks I watched at the concert will be charged because they are placed on the ground, and a towel will be laid for you. And the daily cleaning is also very clean and will tidy up your things neatly, and will not be sloppy just because you stay for a long time. Whether it is cleaning or the front desk, the service of the hotel staff can be said to be very considerate. We had to catch an early flight on the last day of our check-out, so when we returned to the room the night before, we asked the front desk what time we would leave so that we would not encounter traffic jams and would not delay our flight. We did not think that we would have time for breakfast, but unexpectedly, the front desk said that they could pack breakfast for us in advance so that we could take it with us when we checked out! They also asked us in detail what drinks we needed to prepare for us, whether we had any specific food, and the check-out time the next morning, etc., and they would prepare breakfast for us in advance before checking out. After returning to the room, they called us again to confirm the breakfast dishes. When we checked out the next day, the hotel staff gave us the breakfast that had been prepared early, and unexpectedly found that there were two oranges in each portion. It turned out! Just because I casually mentioned that the oranges in the hotel were so sweet the night before! I was really moved! Although we had to get up very early to catch the flight, these services of the hotel made us feel very happy! In short, the stay experience at the Puxuan this time was really great! It was completely worth its room rate! I will choose here when I come to Beijing in the future! The Puxuan Hotel is also worth recommending! I must give a big praise to my full attention to details!
