房間設施非常不錯👍

五一後淡季，酒店客人少。但是酒店整體服務非常好！早點豐富，環境舒適。酒店距西山步道的5號停車場比較近。

景色很美 綠水青山環繞 酒店早餐豐富 房間乾淨整潔 如果下次去懷柔大概率還會住這家酒店

The landmark building is very grand. I booked this hotel because it is cost-effective, especially during the May Day holiday. I upgraded the suite with Ctrip points and was quite satisfied. It would be better if the breakfast variety was richer.

房間較大，早點的種類適中，交通方便，去哪裡都比較近，夜景很好

Around 8:40 pm on May 2, my child had a fever. When I searched for errands and **takeout but to no avail and went to the front desk for help, I very politely asked if I could help me find a way to quickly buy antipyretic medicine, any paid service would do. . . . . The front desk clerk was playing with his phone the whole time and said without looking up that there was no way to buy medicine and he couldn't help. When I repeatedly said that ** would take 1-3 days to arrive and asked if I could ask other colleagues if there was any other way, he still said there was no way and continued to play with his phone. I asked him if he could look up and put down his phone to talk to me. He had to put down his phone and said he was chatting with the manager and had no time to talk to me... Although I was very angry at the time, I didn't continue to argue because my child was next to me, so I could only find a way to go out and find a pharmacy. Two days later, I still couldn't understand and couldn't let it go. This is the first time in my life that I have given a bad review. I have seen bad service, but I have never seen a front desk clerk who doesn't look up from beginning to end, and doesn't even look up at you unless you ask.
