Staff was helpful. Hotel is getting old and room was in need of upgrade and repair. Mold in the shower, dirty and worn carpet. Wall were also quite marked up. No control over AC, set to 25, can adjust, but never gets below 25. Bar closed at the 22:00. Buffet was OK. Ordering from the restaurant was not very good. Pool is nice, and hot tub would be great, but only filled the water to half under the jacuzzi jets. Obsessively enforced swim cap policy, despite my being bald, but this ************* thing.
Once beautiful hotel, now cutting corners and possibly still trying to recover from COVID. Definitely not the high star ranking I was shown.
