For Ritz, it is not good enough. It is not good enough in all aspects. The front desk is OK, but the concierge service is not good. The service awareness is poor. The air conditioner in the room does not cool the room. The room is very hot. I called and asked the engineering staff to come and check it out, but they did not come all night. The bathrobes were so dirty but they were still left there for guests to wear. This is not the standard of Ritz. I have stayed in other Ritz hotels that are not of this level at all. Hotels in Beijing are generally backward.
