最初本沒想住這家酒店，因網絡上的差評大都是這家酒店的服務質量問題。考慮到它的地理位置還是試探性的住了進來。總體感覺很好，大廳的服務人員態度不錯，樓層收拾衞生的服務人員值得表揚，服務態度特好👍這種服務希望能夠保持住。設施方面有點老舊，但中規中矩，在北京這個價位的設施還可以接受，整體感覺雖不是很突出，但也沒挑出毛病來，所以給個滿分鼓勵一下。順便又續住了幾天。

地鐵旁，位置佳，房間可以加床，衞生做的很仔細，邊邊角角都擦的乾淨。有時有樂隊表演，自助早餐不錯，冷切的牛羊肉、羊肉燒賣隨便吃，水果非常新鮮，蔬菜沙拉的油醋汁味道很好。三樓內蒙特色餐廳五一期間人也不多，比較安靜。雖然酒店裝修風格老舊了些，但該有的都有，服務業很到位。一樓的茶吧沒啥人，很安靜，可以談事情，不用一次性用品助力環保的話，還送飲品券。小建議:花灑架子裝的有點高，小孩子夠不着，建議往下移。總體很推薦。

內蒙古大廈的地理位置優越，距離地鐵非常近。到故宮，天壇，天安門等主要景點都很方便。
酒店客房的服務特別好，必須給五星好評。客房服務部的服務員們工作都很主動，看到我們自己洗衣服，主動在打掃房間的時候贈送洗衣服。看到帶了孩子，還主動給了驅蚊環。第一夜房間裏還貼心給了小禮物，至於是什麼就賣個關子啦，期待大家住店時發現。
下次去北京還會選擇入住。
