北京選擇性酒店很多，大家真心可以考慮其他酒店，沒必要因為看着開業年份很提前就來住，服務真的超級稀爛，住了就會後悔！
1.房間沒有冰箱，需要存放東西，與前台溝通後表示可以存放在酒店其他樓層，我們把東西拿到其他樓層，其他樓層服務員説並沒有接到通知説東西可以存放，又讓我們自己去找2樓存放。第二天跟前台反饋，前台負責人直接來了句，你應該當時告訴我的，我來處理。
2.通知前台告訴房間有水，需要儘快打掃，不然房間人很容易滑倒！速度真是龜速，起碼過了30分鐘以後才來
3.入住攜程積分是有水果，水果呢？
總結:大家有這個錢，真不如選擇其他酒店

I heard from customers that the hotel has just been renovated, so the equipment is okay and relatively new. However, during the two days we stayed, it was very hot in Beijing. Even with the air conditioner turned on, the temperature could not be lowered. It was almost impossible to sleep under the covers.
