Great hotel, speedy fuss free check in with booking voucher!

We booked big room, we enjoyed the kids. Gonna book this hotel again

Decent business hotel with good location for the Convention Center and Olympic Park. Some listed amenities currently unavailable, prob due to covid impact, but otherwise a nice stay. Reception staff English excellent.

Overall very nice and I would stay again, but not quite up to US standards (as a reference point). It was difficult to control the room temperature and it smelled vaguely of smoke, but overall still clean and excellent service.

A high quality hotel in a desirable location. A plenty of sightseeing, shopping, entertainment and restaurants in a short walking distance. All services were excellent and room was super clean. Good choices for breakfast. Upon checking in, I was upgraded to a high floor suite from where overlooking the area with nice views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again when visiting Beijing in the future.

It is very convenient to take the baby to the Science and Technology Museum in the morning. The breakfast is rich and served for a long time. I must praise the staff in the lobby. The service is very considerate and the luggage pick-up is very enthusiastic. I will stay here next time.

She also provided a quick service and helped us upgrade our room. But I still hope that the hotel can solve the problem of light transmission through the curtains. I was woken up by the sunlight leaking in early in the morning, which was not a good feeling!
