設施：老牌五星酒點，各類設施稍顯陳舊，但不影響使用。
衞生：很不錯，畢竟價位放在那，房間打掃得乾淨整潔。
環境：法式風格，金碧輝煌的，各種西洋老古董陳設酒店各處，別出心裁。另外酒店有一個小花園，晚上待在那涼風習習，還有玫瑰幽香，成為此行意外之喜。
服務：總體還好，但行政酒廊的服務員還需要再關注下顧客需要，撤盤子、上咖啡啥的，可以再主動一些。
尊貴會行政禮遇:目前酒廊不在16樓，換到2樓法餐廳，環境很不錯，下午茶、晚餐的吃食中規中矩，差強人意。和前台説了紀念日，也幫忙在房間做了佈置，很貼心。

衞生大體還可以，環境也還好，服務 沒感覺到有什麼服務，談不上好與不好設施感覺有點老，衞生間的瓷磚都掉碴了，應該重新改造了，畢竟這個酒店的價格挺高的！
