房間設施齊全，有小冰箱，洗漱用品都是常見品牌。酒店環境很好，院子特別好看，拍照很出片。地理位置極好，出門不遠就是地鐵站，旁邊是銀泰，對面是王府井步行街，周圍商圈很熱鬧，但是居住環境很靜謐。酒店服務也不錯。

我們一共訂了兩間房，一間親子房和一間雙床房，雙床房有點小，而且這是我第一次住兩張床都靠牆的雙床房，體驗感不是很好。小朋友5歲，睡覺愛翻身動作大，晚上手和腳磕牆好幾次，搞得我也是睡睡醒醒的一直把她往外挪離牆遠點，整晚睡得不是很好。另外可能因為四合院有快300年歷史了，而且又是地面房間，晚上在衣櫃旁邊看見有衹指甲大小的小小蟑螂，本來想踩死再拍照的，沒踩死就爬走了，也沒來得及拍照，但是床單和洗手間還算挺乾淨的，沒看見頭髮之類，所以小小蟑螂就忽略了吧。國內國外的酒店我自問算住過不少的，主要是單人商務出差和家庭親子旅遊，自己也是希爾頓和萬豪的會員，衞生是我比較在意的一點，以賓館/民宿的標準來説，還算比較滿意的。地理位置也確實很好，而且是少數2環內可以進車的四合院，不用停車後拉箱子步行走衚衕。服務也是不錯，比較熱情耐心。早餐種類比較少，但是衹有一個師傅在做，他也已經盡力而為了，房間也不算多，做得太多吃不完浪費。院子環境不錯，我們包的車師傅是地道老北京，他説這是正宗的四合院，不像某些改建的四合院。去年旅遊住了一百多年的教堂，今年住了三百年的四合院，主要想帶小朋友體驗不一樣的感覺，就是離5分還有提升的空間。

前台服務小哥的態度非常好，一直幫着抬行李，送拖鞋，地理位置很好，金魚胡同地鐵站B出口一出來轉個灣就能到，出行逛街都很方便，滿足了住四合院的心願

優點:1.位置方便.2.院子景色優美，傳統四合院，左宗棠部分故居改成賓館。
缺點:1.早餐品類較少，但口感可以。2.入住第一晚趕上可能是王府井附近商場半夜清運垃圾，聲音有點大，影響休息，第二晚很安靜。
個人感受:枕頭較高，第一晚溝通，服務員説空氣棉枕下就好。但個人感受還是較高，不舒服。第二晚再次明確要求換薄枕頭，服務員也幫解決了。
如果沒有躁音打擾，換上薄枕頭。一夜好眠，早餐品類不多完全可以忽略，可以按照民宿標準來考量，距離5分的差距是服務可以提升的空間。
