房間很大也很舒適，不過北方真實有一點幹…需要坐擺渡車去別的酒店吃早飯

非常值得推薦的一家酒店，設施新，環境整潔優美，服務熱情，富有特色。美中不足就是酒店餐飲沒有開，不過房間少，入住期間就衹有我們一組客人，也是可以理解的，享受到了包場的待遇～

升級換到函谷了，函谷酒店的環境不錯，在山上，但是有擺渡車接送到樓下，很方便，屋裡打掃的挺乾淨整潔，面積不小，適合3-4個人，服務人員也很好，特別誇讚專門負責我房間的王穎、葉天月還有樑春峯幾位工作人員

是一次非常不錯的旅行，服務非常好，環境也很安逸，因為一些住宿原因張儉帥哥主動聯繫本人更換房間，不厭其煩的帶着觀看每個酒店並詳細介紹，很是服務體貼到位，前台王穎，王欣月也很禮貌負責任。

酒店很好，藏區風格。蘭谷區域我特別喜歡，安靜美麗，路邊的格桑花開的茂盛。往下走離小鎮中心區也不遠。張儉帥哥服務也很好，熱情友好，點贊👍。來古北多次了，每次都有驚喜，小鎮又有了很多新的活動，雜技唱戲，古北越來越會整活了。

整體滿意，但是位置不是很方便，工作人員配備也很少，打掃衞生的人忙不過來。連住兩天沒人打掃房間。自己到垃圾，沒有早餐要去隔壁酒店吃，早餐種類不多，還有沒熟的壽司米。高温天氣也沒有外賣服務

N刷古北，主要是因為古北水鎮是唯一一個既不用出京，又能找到旅行的感覺到地方。看麻了小鎮，就想另覓新徑。水鎮火塘在水鎮最深處，清幽、安靜，酒店藏式風格，入住率不高，土樓一層沒有開放，拍不到全景。前台小姑娘温柔耐心，樓內的服務人員也是熱情周到。高級大床房沒有窗户，感覺比較壓抑，好在給升級了豪華大床房，窗外潺潺溪流，非常愜意。除了用餐需要到念成，游泳需要到函谷，其他非常完美。
