總體設施比較落後，房間衞生比較差，環境很老舊，房間隔音效果不好，服務還行，整體比較很一般，性價比很低，

體驗以後看了評論區評分真實，環境差設施老舊電視6個頻道5個台4個不清晰！唯一好點的就空調了。我網上298訂的無窗線下+50升級有窗的，當天晚上10點看了一眼平台178了！勁虧一半！工作人員熱情度還行，巧婦難為無米之炊。

謹慎預訂！
店家存在欺騙消費者行為: 首先房間為負一層,陰冷潮濕，其次頁邊標註信號差，事實手機根本沒信號。衞生間也是臟的無法直視。地毯很臭！隔音極差！這是我遇到過最差的旅館！然後訂完房間酒店確認了以後就不給退完全忽視消費者體驗。誘導消費者加100元換樓上的房間。本來想實在不行就升級，上樓看完樓上的房間也無非就是不在地下而已，衞生問題堪憂。前台態度差，態度就是給人感覺愛住不住。建議攜程取締這樣商家合作，完全影響攜程口碑。
從此以後不再預訂速8的酒店！

房間收拾的挺好的，沒有電梯，位置非常方便，就在南鑼鼓巷北口，一下樓就能看見，在這個地段性價比相當好了，不足之處就是設施相對老舊，電視也沒幾個台。
