Service and cleanliness were great.
But location is the biggest drawback. Located on a narrow road that buses cannot enter, if you booked any tour buses you will have to walk to the main road.
There are not many food options nearby, so you’ll either have to walk further out or hail a ride.
Rooms are clean but a bit small, expect to be awaken if someone else in your party goes to the washroom at night. Walls are also thin so you can hear neighbours if they are loud.

It's so good. I plan to let my parents live here when they come to Beijing. It's a very nice courtyard house. I like the kid's room I live in. It's much cheaper than here in Haidian. It's so comfortable. I really don't know how hard my life was in Haidian.

It's great. It took me a long time to choose this hotel.
The location is excellent, near Ping'anli Subway Station and very close to Huguosi Snack Street on foot. There is quite a lot to eat nearby.
The room is relatively small, but the decoration is warm and clean. The terrace room is awesome.
