環境超好，服務也提升上來了 房間有反臭，不太舒服 房間挺大的，還給升級了房間，給的農舍，不過更想住竹屋或者紅房子

九月中下旬去，基本沒有什麼蟲子了。環境不錯，這個時候的山裡挺冷的。如果自己不開車，可以坐班車。班車間隔時間很短，挺方便的。即便開車也可以把車停在大堂的停車場，坐班車上去，因為房間附近車位不一定充裕。不過我這間房的淋浴間不知道是不是設計反了，地面傾斜但是下水口在上方，積水就在下方，不用拖把水永遠排不下去。

非常愉快的體驗，大堂服務姐姐又熱情又專業。酒店裡麪像大森林，建築很特別，還會再來。服務周到，非常好的經歷。

客房預訂服務太好了，因為我們帶長者和輪椅，晚上10點半在攜程完成預訂，打電話給前台，恰好李睿楠小姐姐接電話，和她説了我們的需求後，李睿楠耐心為我們解決需求問題，幫我們安排了非常合適和滿足我們需求的房間，長者非常滿意。覺得李睿楠非常靠譜體貼，事情安排很妥當。另外一位前台小姐姐kathy也很不錯，接待熱情，周到，細心，細緻入微，很贊。山林很好，幽靜，天然氧吧，在那裡入住體驗感很好，有利於放鬆身心和大腦。

我大概是一兩週前過來參加一個活動，選擇選擇住在這裏，沒想到離北京市區這麼遠的還有環境優美福州到體驗美好的地方，房間非常大，早上起來透過窗户可以看到小松鼠那天剛好是雨後空氣清新，和朋友出去走一走，感覺很舒適

The room is very big, upgraded to a suite, with a living room and bedroom. The environment in the mountains is very quiet and comfortable, it is a good place to recuperate and rest. The staff will greet each other when they meet, making people feel warm. The day before yesterday, the waiters in the restaurant were particularly sweet and considerate. This is a unit with very good employee training. I have always wanted to go and see it and finally made the trip. I am very happy!

帶孩子過來度假，偶遇許多小松鼠，孩子很開心。順便感謝前台Chloe，她的服務很棒

房間條件很差，三星都不夠，智商税

The hotel is located at the foot of the Shuiguan Great Wall. The surrounding air is fresh and the environment is beautiful. I would like to give special praise to the front desk lady Chloe. Her service attitude is warm, thoughtful, professional and patient, making people feel at home.
