前台的小哥非常熱情，有什麼要求都會盡量滿足，因為過生日給免費升級了套房，特別開心。每一位工作人員都很有禮貌，每次來北京首選西西酒店，地理位置優越，交通便利，一如既往的好評。

酒店大堂很氣派，有四合院磚瓦元素的接待台是我最喜歡的風格，有種中西，古今相融的意思。前斤的服務人員很熱情，主動幫忙拉行李。房間很大，打掃的很乾凈。看到我洗衣服多，還主動送來一個落地涼衣架，很貼心，點贊。

酒店位置很好，離天安門、故宮都很近，周邊就是西單商圈，吃飯、逛街都可以，而且旁邊就是地鐵站去哪都很方便。服務人員都很熱情而且非常有禮貌，服務也很好，都是有求必應，房間衞生也很好，哪哪都是一塵不染，尤其是床睡着很舒服。下次來北京還得選這家酒店。

We booked for 2 executives rooms and because there were five of us they upgraded us to a 3 bed room, very nice of the reception officer, the room were spacious and clean, and they offer us more water bottles to drink, the location also surrounded by shopping malls and haidilao is just right below the building, overall it’s a wonderful stay, thanks to all the staffs❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
