It is a household water heater with a small capacity. Before I checked in, I told the two people that they needed 2 keys at different times. When I arrived, I found that the customer service did not explain it to the housekeeper. There was still only one key. The key was given the next day. You stayed and asked the housekeeper to prepare it, but when you came back, you said you didn't care? She said she thought it was two people together, but I told her that I had left the key for you to match. I was speechless. It was not until the last day that the key was matched. I would like to ask, the family room can obviously accommodate at least 2 people, why does it only have one key? Moreover, the housekeeper didn’t have the key in his hand and said that he would clean it only when the guests were there. Maybe he considered the privacy of the guests. But if you get up and leave right away, do you have to wait for you to finish cleaning before you can go out? The butler's attitude was very good. He also gave me grapes and moon cakes, and apologized. I originally thought about forgetting it and not commenting, but this time, I had to say it.
