房間很寬敞，衞生間也很大，一層是衞生間和休息室，二層是兩張大床，孩子們特別喜歡來來回回的爬樓梯，晚上到店剛剛下過雨，超級涼快！

我們是家庭出遊，平時去性價比不錯。優點：房間床夠大，1.8米+1.5米，兩大兩小都夠住。衞生間寬敞乾淨，物品配備齊全，一次性馬桶墊都有。隔音比一般農家院好，窗簾也比較厚實。還有免費乒乓球、電子遊戲可玩。不足：水壓有點低，洗澡水不是太痛快，洗浴和馬桶間如果有層浴簾更好，把衞生紙都打濕了。枕頭對我們來説偏高，睡一宿有點不舒服。每個人睡覺習慣不同，自駕出來玩的有條件建議自己帶枕頭。總體來説，還是很值得推薦！

民宿位置絕佳，出於紅螺寺和生存島之間，從民宿去兩個景點都可以步行前往，非常便利。離懷柔城區開車10分鐘，買東西很方便，我們就去市場買了皮皮蝦讓老闆給蒸了。
民宿自有小院，可以停車，也可以在裏面玩耍，比較安全
房間乾淨整潔。八個卧室，兩個房間是2.4米寬的大床房，剩下六個都是雙床房，而且都床很大，一家三口或者四口住都非常寬敞。每個房間都自帶衞生間。此外還有廚房，餐廳，茶室，麻將室，休閑娛樂很便利。從居住條件來説，在民宿中算很好的了。
我們八家二十幾號人，事先定了烤全羊。羊是現殺的，不是那種冷凍的，足有三十斤，但老闆很慷慨，還按25斤規格收的錢。烤的非常棒，肉太多了沒吃了，於是燉湯第二天早上和羊湯，剩下的羊肉用微波爐加熱，更是外焦裏嫩，自己買幾個饃一夾，一大早上大家吃爽了。最後還剩了點，就便宜老闆家的金毛了。
大家都對這次出遊很滿意，特別是覺得這個民宿很好，很多朋友都開始安利了。
老闆是位大姐，人非常爽快，中午我們走時要結烤羊的錢，大姐當時忙就説你們先走吧，一直到下午五點才發給我價錢，有這種信任，人真是不錯。
我們早上收拾好東西放車上去爬山，告訴老闆可以收拾房間了，老闆還特意留了茶室，讓不去的家長休息，這家長也説，打掃衞生的人很負責，都很雍用心的的搞衞生。
總之對於一個很少寫評價的人寫了這麼多，説明這家民宿真的不錯，值得推薦
