冬天去的，屋裡很冷空調不太管用，去的時候外面也在裝修

剛走進房間有明顯的腥臭味，服務員拿來東西堵住了陽台的出水口，噴了空氣清新劑才好點，桌子一層薄灰，登記入住的地方工作人員愛理不理，早餐不如南方農村食堂，應付兩晚走人。

莊園非常大，半夜到達的時候以為是在荒郊野嶺。裏面的陳設也比較老舊了。淋浴房的門很高，但洗完澡發現水崩的到處都是，放在馬桶蓋上的手機都快淋濕了。在温泉池裡沖了一下腳，牆腳縫隙裏就有水滲出來。早餐的味道也是一言難盡啊。

這是我住過最差最差的酒店，沒有之一，人生中第一次差評也給到了這個酒店！如果不是因為學習要住這裏，這輩子都不可能踏入這個酒店。
服務：前台一個胖的女的，一個短頭髮女的態度相當無敵惡劣，不知道是內分泌失調還是什麼原因，讓其對人的態度能差到這個地步，酒店管理人員是招不到人了嗎？對前台這種人都不管理一下？
環境：差
衞生：差到無法，居然還有上一位或者好多個上一位留下來的衣物，我人都傻了……
設施：老舊差，想洗個臉，水龍頭都捨不得給水，絕了……
