1). 酒店位置不錯就在工人體育場的北面，往東二站地就是三里屯，往西二站地就是東四十條地鐵站；
2). 公寓位於永利國際購物中心上面，大堂、走廊及房間都寬敞明亮，站在落地窗戶前能遠望保利大廈和保利劇院；
3). 公寓服務不錯，有問題聯繫管家時都能立即回覆並解決；
4). 周邊有不少的小吃店和超市，生活很方便。

管家非常棒，要不就是老闆本人，入住手續簡單，有問必答，回覆非常快，態度很好。這個大小來説，價位性價比可以。隔音比較不錯，沒有聽到什麼喝高了呼喊聲。就是房間有點冷，倒是貼心配了暖風機，中央空調聲音像拖拉機，神經衰弱的可能會聽一晚上，關上又冷……

公寓在工體對面，出行比較方便。永利國際裏面環境不錯，房間挺乾淨的，提供的用品質量不錯。有廚房、洗衣機，唯一不好就是淋浴在浴缸裏，爬進爬出比較麻煩，另外花灑沒法升起，兩天都蹲着洗澡了，不知道是不是衹是我這間房這樣。整體來説，來北京住一下還是挺實惠的，比周邊酒店合算。
