The worst 5 star hotel we ever stayed. If you are foreigner like us, please stay away from this hotel. The reception staff named Li Jing Hui kept asking us about our visa suspecting we entered China without one. That staff and other (few of them there) service and attitude is worst and definitely not a welcoming one. After we have checked in, the staff called and asked us to pass our passport to them as they claimed that one of the checked in guest name is key in wrongly. They sent a staff to our room expecting we passed the passport to them which is a very suspicious action as passport is a very sensitive item. In the end, we went down ourselves to pass the passport and found out they lied as they only want to print the cover of the passport which is a super ridiculous reason. We booked the family room and is spacious but old and dirty. There is a hotspring tub in the room but is super dirty and wet, seem like someone used it before we checked in, we tried to clean and use it but the water is yellowish and is super disgusting. All of the restaurant at the hotel are closed by the time we checked in around 6pm so you can only get food by ordering meituan (food delivery platform) and luckily we got one. We tried to book a car for early morning flight tomorrow through didi or trip but no driver accepted the request. It is hard to get car transport there and we actually checked with the reception but only get a replied of “it is very expensive here to book a hotel airport transfer car which cost 500rmb”. We don’t even asked the price as we only asked is such service available from the hotel. Overall, the hotel looked like ******* as not much guest is staying at the hotel. We checked out few hours later as it is definitely not a nice and safe hotel to stay.

Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was very big. The campus that the hotel was on was very quiet. It seemed like construction may have been started on the other buildings, but was never finished?

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

The buffet restaurant manager Yang led the restaurant team to provide enthusiastic service. We are Hui people, and the restaurant manager Zhao introduced the food to us in detail. The restaurant environment is elegant, and the waiter Tian Haiying gave the children a small gift. Our family is very grateful. In addition, the guest rooms are a bit old and the front desk service is average.

The room is large, with complete facilities for children, and the breakfast is quite rich. It would be better if a coffee machine could be used. The hotel is still very humane. The breakfast is extended to 10 o'clock on holidays, and it should only be 9:30 on weekdays. Xiao Zhao at the front desk is very enthusiastic and gave snacks to the children when checking out.

The price/performance ratio is very high. If you book a hotel package, you can play billiards and table tennis for 24 hours. There is also a children's playground. When you are tired of playing, you can go to the hot springs for unlimited entry and exit. The breakfast is also very rich and the room is not small.

The hotel is very suitable for traveling with babies, especially the staff in the breakfast room are very enthusiastic! You can make baby meals and give windmills! The best breakfast! It's a pity that some places in the room should be very sharp, and more anti-collision stickers should be applied, otherwise perfect.

The four-star hotel does not have any data cables or plugs available. When I asked the front desk, they suggested that I use the paid power bank on each floor... So I decisively ordered a plug myself. Fortunately, I had a data cable... The bedding in the room was good, but it felt like an old hotel, and all the supplies were relatively mediocre. I called the room service for water three times at night, but no one answered... I called the front desk, and the front desk said they would help me pass it on, but they didn't... About half an hour later, I called the room service myself, and she also knew that I had called & seemed to know that the front desk had conveyed the relevant information... But she didn't serve in time... But all the employees were pretty kind. I personally think that the hotel is so large and the foundation is okay, but the details of the service should be paid attention to. PS: The hotel's water heater boils water very quickly, recommended!

The hotel service is also very enthusiastic. Song Jinxia in the hotel lobby and Zhang Caifang in the housekeeping department are enthusiastic and attentive. They make people feel at home. From the room to the lobby, and then through the passage between the two floors, you will reach the hot spring. Hot spring pools of all sizes are scattered in the tropical rainforest-like scenery, as if you are in Sanya. The children are happily playing in the swimming pool covered with colorful balls, and the adults are comfortable and comfortable in the hot spring pools with different effects, and they are at ease. Going downstairs and walking along the lake, many black swans and wild ducks are playing in the lake, attracting the attention of adults and children. It is worth mentioning that the lunch in the Chinese restaurant was a full meal in the two-day and one-night package of the hotel, so I didn't have much hope. I thought it would be ok to be full. I didn't expect the dishes to be rich, the ingredients were very fresh, and the color, fragrance and taste were all good. All in all, it was a very happy and relaxing hot spring trip. The breakfast buffet also received a high score, but there was no knife and fork, which made it very inconvenient to spread butter and eat sausages. However, the girl quickly ran to get me a knife and fork, expressing her gratitude and satisfaction. Suggestions: First, the gorgeous Chinese facilities and decorations added by the hotel later are too inconsistent with the European style. Can they be changed? Second, the hot spring time requires that you must leave earlier than the check-out time. This feels uncomfortable and is not as good as the Expo Hot Spring.
